In Turkey, if your case is finalized by the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, you can file an individual application to the Constitutional Court (AYM) within 30 days. If you get a negative result before the Constitutional Court, you can file a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) within 4 months.
