Individual applications to the Constitutional Court (AYM) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)
In Turkey, If your case is finalized by the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, you can file an individual application to the Constitutional Court (AYM) within 30 days. If you get a negative result before the Constitutional Court, you can file a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) within 4 months.

The founder and head of our France office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümit KILINÇ
Prof. Dr. Ümit KILINÇ, a French and Turkish citizen, graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1999 and after completing his legal internship and practicing as a lawyer for two years, he completed his master's degree in international law in France in September 2004. As an international expert before the Council of Europe, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümit KILINÇ is currently a lawyer affiliated to the Strasbourg Bar Association of France and the Istanbul Bar Association and continues to teach postgraduate courses as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg.
Founder and head of our office in Turkey, Av. Ömer YILDIZ (L.L.M.)
Attorney Ömer YILDIZ graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1999 and started to work as a freelance lawyer since 2000 after completing his legal internship.Attorney Ömer YILDIZ successfully completed his master's degree program in public law between 2003-2005. He has been an active lawyer at the Istanbul Bar Association for many years.
